As trained artisan bakers with over a decade of experience making sourdough, world breads and pastries, we also hope to open a

Our kitchen is located at the Yew Tree Inn in Peterstow, Ross on Wye, HR9 6JZ, just off the A49 between Ross and Hereford.
We are a cosy country pub with an extensive beer garden and are run by the Johnson family who have been pressing their own cider apples from nearby Broome Farm since the 1930s, winning the BBC Food & Farming Award for

We are a cosy country pub with an extensive beer garden and are run by the Johnson family who have been pressing their own cider apples from nearby Broome Farm since the 1930s, winning the BBC Food & Farming Award for Best Drinks Producer in 2019 (@rosscider).
We sell a wide variety of cider alongside regular and guest cask ales from our 18 taps plus wines, cocktails and the usual pub drinks.
The pub is open daily from 12-10pm and has a monthly open mic music and quiz night as well as a monthly cider club and regular events throughout the year.
We are also child and dog friendly!
